A. The water jug should be located in the red circled area below.
Q. How does the cord management system work?
A. The Cord management system comes with a cord master clip-on counterweight which can be attached to the cord. This helps to avoid tangled and messy cords getting in the way of your ironing. 
Q. Can I purchase a new ironing board cover?
A. We do manufacture certain sizes for ironing board covers. Please contact our Customer Experience Team so they can confirm compatibility and availability.
